Situated on El Paso’s west side, St. Francis on the Hill is an inclusive, Christ-centered community where all are loved, honored, and respected.

St. Francis on the Hill is an open, fully inclusive community of people journeying in faith together and trying to better understand God’s vision for our lives. We believe that God’s love covers every one of us, and we aim to be the hands and feet of God however we can.

We are a welcoming community because this is a characteristic of the God we serve. As we see in the example of Christ, we welcome and cherish all people. We believe Jesus Christ to be the incarnation of God’s love - the God who is reconciling and offering hospitality to the entire world. We strive live more fully into His call of radical, all-encompassing love. YOU are welcome in this community!

To work for a just world where there is nor servitude, oppression, or alienation is to work for the advent of the Messiah.

April 2026: Children are welcome in the service! We currently have two options for children of all ages: they are welcome to stay in the sanctuary for worship, or join the other children in Children’s chapel.

-

At the entrance to the church you’ll find bags for children of all ages to use in the service

which include coloring pages, quiet games, and crafts!

-

Stay after for coffee, snacks, and open-ended community time in our courtyard!

You can bring a snack to share, knitting needles, or just yourself!

-

The St. Francis on the Hill property and sanctuary are accessible for those who require mobility assistance, and we would be glad to help with further measures to ensure comfort and ease of movement.
